I love my Eyebrow Embroidery!
What broght me to La Peau was Everlyn Ho's Eyebrow Embroidery service. I wanted to get my eyebrows done for years, and have done a numerous of research to find a reliable technician. I'm so glad I found Everlyn! My experience at the spa was absolutely lovely. I visited the spa yesterday, 1 of the front desk girls was very friendly. Everlyn first went through the real case album with me and explained the procedure to me. Then she spent good amount of time to design the perfectly shaped eyebrows for me. Before she started working on the eyebrows, she showed me the single-used needle and told me everything is sanitized and FDA approved. She handled my eyebrows very gently and carefully. I'm very happy with the beautiful and natural looking eyebrows she gave me. She also offered me a free touch-up session in one month. She even gave me her cell phone # and told me to contact her with any questions or concerns at anytime.
Throughout the whole process and my conversation with Everlyn, you can tell she's a perfectionist and a true professional! She's very experienced and passionate about what she does. My entire experience at La Peau was excellent. I have to say this is the best decision I've ever made!
Excellent Eyebrow Embroider

I recently got an eyebrow embroidery at La Peau Day Spa. At first, I was hesitant because I've seen elder ladies and the younger generations with eyebrow tattoos that look very artifical. However, I was amazed by the results.
The beauticans at La Peau were kind and patient. I definitely recommend Everlyn Ho for the job if you want a natural looking eyebrow embroidery.
After several sessions, my eyebrows were neat, clear-cutted, and most importantly, natural looking.
La Peau is indeed a professional day spa where the results are definitely worth every penny. I also recommend other treatments, facials, etc; especially if you are looking for excellent eyebrow embroidery, I strongly recommend Everlyn Ho. Serene environment, amazing results, professional care, excellent service and natural looking outcomes all tied together in one day spa- what more can you ask for?

If your have fear of getting permanent makeup like I did go to LaPeau. It is a very professional , nice and clean enviroment.
Everlyn, use clean sterile instruments .She begin first by cleaning the eybrow area, next by appling the numbing gel.
The only fear is the unknown if you never had a tatoo .After feeling a few pinching sensation fear of the uknown is gone I thought ok I can deal with this.
I went to La Peau after reading the reviews .I expect to see some negative but the positive reviews weight out the negative. I am so please with my eye brows I am going back to try out other beauty treatments.

Very Professional Facial and Makeup

I brought the Group on deal online for a Diamond Peel Facial and Mani/Pedi. I went on Wednesday 6/2nd, and it was GREAT!!!!!!!
My esthetician is Josephine, she is a VERY NICE person with very PROFESSIONAL Facial skill. I even fell asleep while she was doing the treatment. I like the way how she massaged my head n shoulder, n I like the diamond peel facial. The result was good. Even my friends said the same thing.
I also had foot reflexology, I feel so reflex from the work. I will come another time.
At first, I think it would have to wait a long time n would be rush in/out fast as other member indicated. But actually, it was not. It was a very nice envrionment.
Finally....I LOVE LA PEAU DAY SPA.

Amazing La Peau Spa

It was amazing experience in La peau Spa, I went there on Monday to remove freckles on my face, let me tell you, i have over a hundred little tiny freckles all over my face, it was disappear after an hour by using laser treatment and performed by Everyln. I will say she is a magician, I couldn't believe what i see in the mirror of me, my face is so clean. The most important is PRICE IS RIGHT. The environment is very comfortable, i felt to sleep when she removed my freckles. I personally strongly recommend it.

La Peau is a great place to go for.....There are many beauticians, but I've have found one by the name of Cleo Chong, who is a professional beautician as well as a make-up artist. She is cheerful, sweet & helpful to all my beauty needs. I really liked her facial-massage tehnics and special care. I'm happy to be her regular customer now. For her oustanding & professional services, I give her a big thumbs-up! I would highly reconmend Cleo to all ladies seeking for professional beauty services.

A Vacation Without Ever Leaving Home

I am a native New Yorker and stumbled on La Peau Day Spa in November. From my very first visit I was hooked and decided to become a member. When I go to La Peau I feel totally relaxed and rejuvenated. My facialist Fanny does an excellent facial and spends extra time working on my neck which I love.
I recently went for a massage with Han and he gave me one of the best massages I have have ever had. The week I had before was very stressful and exhausting. As soon as Han started working on me I felt as all of the weight had lifted. He released a lot of the knots in my back and applied the perfect amount of pressure to the massage. I even had a foot injury which he was very cognizant about during the massage.
He was able to work my calves and the areas around the injury. I woke up the next morning feeling better in the injured area. It was amazing.
I highly recommend Han and hope everyone gets to enjoy such a wonderful massage! I felt like I had gone on vacation without all of the hassle of travel. It was a luxurious day in Soho without ever waiting on an airport line.

This is good place to go if you need some relaxation and a nice facial. I never have my facial done in a beauty salon until I met Cloe Chong. She is very professional and nice. Every time I have my facial done, I feel fully charged. My whole body is totally relaxed through out the facial. It's over an hour. Since my skin is so relaxed while I have my facial done. That's why my skin looks nice and fresh. Thanks Cleo.

all i have to say you get what you pay for, it is pricier than any other places but definitely worth every single penny . if you are looking for a bargain this place is not for you, but if you are looking for the best works i recommend this place 110 %. for cosmetic tattoos is a MUST to look for Evelyn , she's so artistic she will know what suits your face, you'll be looking completely gorgeous after you've had her works . enough said , make this your first choice and you will not regret it , i 'll recommend all my friends to this place with no worries.

I always dreamed of having lush eyebrows like Brooke Shields. However, genetics did not grant me such luck, plus a facial cyst left me with a pesky surgical scar in the middle of my left brow.
After years of over-plucking, over-tweezing and more recently over-threading, my brows were always in a perpetually thin, misshapen phase. I think it is safe to say that most women with sparse eyebrows like myself dread the excruciatingly long regrowth phase or the thought of waking up next to Mr. Right without properly penciled brows.
I thoroughly researched all options and just before heading to the drugstore to pick up Rogaine Extra Strength to expedite my eyebrow growth, I discovered the technique of eyebrow embroidery.
I was a bit skeptical, since it is my face and I would rather go au natural than come out looking like Elvira, Mistress of the Dark.
In my research, I came across La Peau Day Spa in Manhattan. I called for a consultation and was given an appointment with their beautiful Artistic Director and President, Everlyn.
Before my appointment, she sat with me and showed me album of 3 sets of photos of an actual client: before the procedure, the same day (Day 1) and one week after (Day 7). The results were amazing! The Day 1 photo was understandably darker, but by Day 7, the client had the most gorgeous, flatteringly natural eyebrows I had ever seen. I was convinced that this was the right solution for me.
We then went into the treatment room, where she carefully examined my bone structure, listened to my concerns and selected a potential eyebrow shape from a chart of different options. She reassured me that she would customize the shape to frame my face and emphasize my eyes.
Everlyn cleansed the area to be treated and then used a special pencil to sketch the ideal brow shape on my face. She showed me a mirror to make sure that I was comfortable with the design.
It was the perfect shape, so she proceeded to gently applied some numbing cream to prepare my brows for the procedure and showed me that needle was a single-use needle that came packaged individually. Very hygienic! She also suggested that the best brow color for my skin tone and hair color would be dark grey. I agreed and the inking began with the use of a special instrument.
Everlyn did a small area to test my threshold of pain. The pain associated with the procedure was moderate and bearable. Obviously, this varies since everyone has a different threshold of pain. The more relaxed you are, the better you will manage the procedure.
Everlyn was very careful to conceal my surgical scar with very natural looking inked hairs and ensure that my brows were even and symmetrical. I could sense that she was a true perfectionist and very skilled at her job.
When she finished, I was very pleased with the results: full lush brows in the shape that truly enhanced my face. Plus, I did not feel any pain. She assured me that the initial darkness would fade to the more natural color over the next few days and instructed me to not wash my brows for 2 days.
She coated my brows with a special skin recovery ointment, which I am to use for the next 3 days to heal the skin and prolong the color. You may purchase the ointment for $25.00 from La Peau.
Bring a hat or oversized sunglasses if you are self-conscious about the initial darkness.
The results are AMAZING!!!

I have been going to La Peau for about two months now and I've received nothing but excellent customer service. I have had facials, mani and pedicures and I've always been happy with the quality of service. Maggie who does my mani and pedicures is excellent!!! My nails have never looked better. And the facials from Josephine leaves my skin feeling fresh and rejuvenated. I highly recommend La Peau for it's wonderful staff and top notch service.

Lapeau is the best thus far
We used lapeau for our event. Their makeup artist made all finalists and production team staffs look gorgeous. We used other place before and this is the best thus far. They have an amazing foot massage next door, good price, clean and relaxing.

I tried Diamond Peel facial from La Peau during Spa Week April 2008. I joined La Peau's facial package $688 since then. During Spa Week April 2009 I renewed my membership for another year. Michell is my esthetician and she has been doing a great job for my facial. I like her and La Peau and introduced my friends facial lovers to La Peau. The serives, environment, price combination made me highly recomend La Peau Day Spa.

I got a Gift Certificate from my friend for a facial at La peau,I got a really good package for 1 year Membership for only $688... it's so cheap I can do facial everyweek .... so I recomend for everybody this is the best thing you can get.......and Yuki was the one who did my facial she is a sweetheart, she is a very nice girl and very good facial and a very relaxing massage.....she gave me..........remember go there and look for Yuki.......

i tried La Peau's Oxygen facial yesterday. simply, it was awesome. it deserves much more than the $50 promoted. i got a refreshing, energizing break. Joyce did a good job. she is experienced on every procedure. oxygen inhalation brought a vibrant, fresh, younger looking, glowing, tighter skin. i like la peau and recomend to you guys.

I happend to walk into La Peau for a facial. the esthetician Yuki recommended RF for me. she did a excelent job. The massage on face was wonderful. She used the instrument very professionally. I could see immediate effects on my wrinkles reduction. I listend to her patient explaination to my questions and purchased the RF facial package and i was confident it would be very helpful. the environment of la peau is nice and the location is very convenient for me.
